How much Biotin do i take? - ultra nourish hair
1st) I just NourishHair GNC Ultra ®, states with 2000 mcg of biotin, but was told to 2 per day. Does this mean that I take mcg of biotin 4000?
2) I also have women's hair from 1200 Ultra Nourishing Search through online information, people who reported to be effective in 2500, most ~ 3000 mcg Biotin. Is that correct?
