You live in British Columbia (and Yukon)? Or you are simply traveling through (tourist?)
If you have to live in British Columbia receive assurances ICBC (also based register) your bike. Can an additional insurance through ICBC or a private company.
I do not know what requires the Yukon.
If you are from outside the province, as proof that you are insured in your country / province / state.
Basic to everything is what it takes to legal
