Raleigh Office Space I Had To Quit My Job Because I Have Asthma And My Employers And Co-workers Smoked In The Office. What Can I Do

I had to quit my job because I have asthma and my employers and co-workers smoked in the office. what can i do - raleigh office space

I worked in Raleigh, North Carolina. The company has fewer than 15 employees, the EEOC can not help myself. I am a single mother with 2 children and my elderly mother lives with me, and they rely on me for income. I'm still sick quit 2 weeks after smoking. Who can help me?

U can sue the working environment is dangerous, because u should not be tolerated, dass hand smoke kills smoke and poor health and 4 do not all love, I tell them to remove it. I think it is a law that says u can not Somkid inside.

I think he is now receiving unemployment benefits or obtain employment, or perhaps both. In the future, during the interview, be sure to ask what the company policy on smoking. If the company you are asked to smoke, look elsewhere for employment. If they undoubtedly an advantage for you if you are looking to rent.

You should be able, beyond a reasonable doubt that cigarette smoking is such that a decline has caused the patient to prove that it is almost impossible. I would say, you are certainly a workplace smoke-free from now to be found. How difficult it is for others, everyone has rights and the law on cigarettes in a place that the law banning smoking is the one. What legal action could not see there is mostly because they had no laws of the state for them is actually responsible, because it be to withdraw the situation violated.
