What is the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem? - st john timeshare

I have the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and is one of Malta (Order of Malta). Recently a friend told me about the venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem. Sounds like a cheap imitation of the order of cross-age. Does anyone know this?

During the Reformation abolished the Order of Malta in England. The contract does not continue to remain a Catholic in England until much later there. In the nineteenth century, a French group is a self-created Order of St John to life. They took their message to the United Kingdom, where they are rooted there as a kind of command. He became a lawful order of chivalry, as he, however, a Royal Charter by Queen Victoria. His son, the Prince of Wales was involved support and persuaded the group.

Today, as already mentioned, for the St. John Ambulance is known, was carried out in Britain and the Commonwealth () but not the United States. It also manages a hospital of St. John the eyes in the Holy Land. The members of the Order should not be a Christian, but is similar. Certainly not a course to learn and is without doubt a real legitimate order of chivalry - which might be of interest to you. Many members of the Order of Malta are members of the vosje, you should have the opportunity, much overlap.

He is a British order and Protestants.
We see it often as the St John `s` ambulance to a charity that provides medical care immediately. It is in almost all sporting events and public meetings widespread.

They work throughout the Commonwealth.
It was founded in 1831 and is a member of the Christian citizens (all denominations) of the Commonwealth of Nations, Hong Kong and the United States is limited.
